Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will provide you with the best plan and a detailed quotation tailored to your needs.
- ご契約とご入金 Contract and Payment
- 契約をご提示させていただいた上、契約を締結いたします。
着手金として見積額の半額から全額をご入金いただきます。ご入金額はケースにより異なります。
不許可の場合は原則として全額返金いたしますが、事案の難易度や工数により返金額を調整させていただく場合がございます。
また、事前の申告内容に虚偽や隠蔽が認められた場合には、当該返金規定は適用されません。
After presenting the contract, we will proceed with the formal agreement.
You will be asked to make an initial payment, which may range from 50% to 100% of the quoted amount, depending on the case.
In principle, if the application is not approved, we will refund the full amount. However, the refund may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the case and the amount of work involved.
Please note that this refund policy does not apply if any false or concealed information is found in the details you provided in advance.
- 業務の実施 Service Implementation
- ご契約させていただいた内容にて業務を実施いたします。
We will carry out the work according to the terms agreed upon in the contract.
- 許可または不許可 Approval or Denial
- 申請先官庁からの許可の取得により業務完了となります。不許可の場合は、理由の検証を行うとともに再申請の可否を検討します。
The service is completed upon obtaining approval from the relevant government office.
In case of denial, we will review the reasons and consider the possibility of reapplying.
- ご請求 Invoice
- 請求書を発行させていただきますのでご入金をお願います。
We will issue an invoice, so please proceed with the payment.
